Flawless communications, super clean, comfortable , upscale flats, good nearby food options, and 2-3 minutes to Russell Square underground station. This is the place to stay if you haven’t be close to UCL or Univ of London. "

"We had a wonderful first stay at the Standard. The hotel is very up market and our room was spacious and stylish with modern amenities. We stayed in a suite with a dining area, bath in the room and balcony. It was perfect for our first family trip away with our one year old daughter. Having room service available was brilliant so we could have breakfast in the room before getting ready for the day. Lastly, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Really can't fault our stay and wish it had been...

"Nice room with a separate sitting area. Quiet (11th floor) and great location only a short walk to Kings Cross train station and the St Pancras tube station. Decent selection of restaurants nearby. One problem: only one of the 3 elevators was working while we were there for 3 nights."

"The Kimpton Fitzroy was lovely, but it was the staff that made it so lovely. From Andrew and Jack, the doormen, to the lovely Naseera, Fredo, Malichi, Monica, Alban, and so many others. The food in the brassiere was delicious, and some of the best I've eaten. Loved it and all the kindness I was shown. Hope to get back there."

"Stayed here on 2 separate nights as we were travelling around Europe by train. Location of hotel was spot on for the start and finish of our trip on the Eurostar. "My studio was perfect for the two weeks I have spent in London. Public transportation is close, dining is close, pubs are close, British museum and other points of interests are near by. The studio had everything I needed, kitchen was equipped, bed was comfy and it was clean. I felt safe in the neighborhood even when coming back late. I recommend this place."
