"Lovely friendly welcome from staff on arrival. Room clean and fresh with coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits provided ! Bed was comfy with great pillows. Breakfast superb with lovely egg Benedict as well as pastries and fruit juice served by another friendly staff member. Easy walk into town. Parking on street close by although nothing resident permit area so only free 6 pm to 10am. Overall fantastic place to stay. "

Reception changed our rooms to ground floor on request at arrival, as allocated rooms were not easily accessed, lots of stairs up and down and corridors.
