Good location, handy with restaurant on site and large Sainsbury’s nearby. Great to have iron and ironing board in room. Bathrooms were big and clean.
Food was good in the restaurant.
Everything was great. They have a nicer breakfast included rooms are clean..
Definitely recommended for the price in the small town. They have a nice view. It is also a quiet area if you’re troubling for a business.
Convenient location for Bury and road network. Easy parking. Clean and comfortable room.
It would be helpful to have a make-up mirror or light near the mirrors. Also hanging space for a dress.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Clean room and good welcome. Good value for roadside convenient hotel
Very nice hotel, lovely staff and clean amenities. One tiny grudge was that there were no vegan options for breakfast which was weird as they had vegan evening meals (the Moving Mountains burger was excellent). Shame as a couple of vegan sausages or bacon isn't difficult to do. Ended up with mushrooms, beans and a hash brown so not the end of the world and they did have dairy free milks for hot drinks. Other than that the hotel was lovely and would definitely stay again.
Another livery stay at the Dragonfly. The best thing about this hotel is the price and close proximity to Bury St Edmund’s town centre. The staff were very attentive and the rooms clean and comfortable. Lots of free parking and fast taxi service. It doesn’t have lots of amenities like swimming pool, golf course etc., but if you want somewhere like a Premier Inn then it’s great.
A lot more people should consider this hotel as the cost of other hotels nearby seems to be increasing and this hotel chain is fair on price.
We have not eaten here, so I can’t comment of the food.
