I enjoyed my stay and would likely stay again. It was very quiet, didn't hear anything outside. Hot tub was relaxing and the bed was comfortable. The clerk was great and welcoming.

My 77yr old parental unit bypassed scheduled stay & I had to make last minute arrangements online. I called to see if I could get an accessible ground floor room last minute for parental unit. Jovon ( front desk) not only assured me not a problem , he took the time to understand their needs & again reassured me all would be well. He was so polite & genuine in his concern & assurance that I felt very confident my wayward parent would be Aok. Jovon even assured me that the next person on duty would see clear & concisely detailed notes. Definitely Texas charm at its best!!! Gotta know how to be professional & still get that genuine hospitality across!! Thank you Jovon & Quality Inn!

It was dirty nothing looked like photos, the mini fridge was broken an the room door was hard to get into!

Had some issues
Check in was fine. We got to the room and there were a couple of outlets that didn’t have covers, paint was pealing from the ceiling, and chips on the tiles. We had a jacuzzi room and 3 of the 6 jets didn’t work. I had to have maintenance come in and fix the toilet bc it took 20 mins to fill up the tank. Other than that, the bed was ok ( wasn’t the comfiest).

We have stayed all over Terrell and will definitely be back here its clearly not the newest property but it is exceptionally well maintained. I had no compliaint loved the space of the king suite. The beds were comfortable i do wish that the Pillows were a little firmer but that just my personal preference. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked with just enough options for everyone.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you are looking for a super cheap stay and a hotel that matches the price it felt like one step up from a motel.

Made a reservation through Hotels.com in October for a 1 night stay for the beginning of December with friends. Plans were canceled so I called to cancel my reservation over a week before our stay. Was told I was free to cancel, but would not be receiving a refund. This is stealing in my book. They received money for a service they did not perform. Will never use Quality Inn and Suites again. Will never use Hotels.Com either. Literal theft of funds.

I was very disappointed with this hotel and am wondering why it has an 8.0 rating on the Expedia website? It is run down and badly I. Need of a total renovation. The Holiday Inn in Terrell has the same 8.0 rating so I was thinking that the Quality Inn would be comparable, it was not.
