"Huge hotel room, great amenities including foot massager and shoe deodorizer. Staff were very helpful. Upgraded to premium buffet breakfast which was delicious. Convenient laundry room. Great stay overall!"

"Really great hotel located about 4 to 5 minutes from the train station. The hotel room and the entire property was clean and well maintained. The room was stocked with waters, toothbrushes and toothpastes, little hair brushes and much more. Housekeeping and towel changing was done daily unless you put out the do not disturb sign. There’s a cafe/restaurant located inside the hotel and stores right outside the hotel doors or very close by. Laundry room was extremely small though and machines were always full whenever we tried to go down and do laundry, but there’s a laundromat about a 5 minute walk away. We also had an amazing view of the bay. Would definitely stay again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at APA Osaka. It was an easy check-in through the machines in the lobby. The room was clean and a wide selection of amenities was provided. We were unable to use the pool/spa because my partner is tattooed, but no worries there. Though we elected to not have our room serviced, they dropped off clean towels every evening for us at our door. It was a great location with plenty to do nearby (we LOVED Osaru coffee) and close to the station. We would absolutely stay at an APA again, especially APA Osaka. The elevators do get busy during peak morning and evening times but there are plenty so you never wait long."

"Staying outside of the city means bigger rooms, but further away from activities, etc. the Grand Prince Ōsaka Bay takes care of that by providing a free shuttle service to the heart of Ōsaka doing pick ups and drop offs every 30 minutes right at Ōsaka station Eki Marché. It is also a stop for the airport limousine bus to Kansai International Airport. Be mindful that its first come first serve for that service and only 1800 yen."
