The OOSAKA UNIVERSAL CITY- KINTETSU HOTEL manager allowed us to changed our room to an amazing room with the theme park view. It wasn’t peak season for tourists yet probably but anyways it was so kind of them to change room detail with a very reasonable amount charged. Thank you so much.

USJでギリギリまで遊びたい！と思ってこちらのホテルにしました。予約した部屋の雰囲気はPOPな感じで、あともう1名程、エクストラベッドが入りそうな広さでした。高層階で予約入れていただき、満足でした！チェックイン前に到着したのですが、荷物の預かり等、スタッフのみなさんも対応、心地よく、快適に過ごせました。 ホテル周辺は、駅はもちろん、コンビニもお食事処も申し分なく便利でした！ 1つだけ、、コインランドリーの空きが競争率が高すぎて。部屋でリアルタイムで空き状況確認できるんですが、部屋から最下階まで行くまでに先に取られてしまって…(笑)終わっても取られてないし…どこの部屋の人が使ってるまでわかればもっといいのに。。と思ってしまいました。 それでも大満足の旅でした。ありがとうございました。
