"I have stayed at this hotel before and had such a wonderful experience that I returned for a second stay and even recommended it to two friends. Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment. During check-in, we were moved twice and initially given a room with one bed instead of the two beds that were reserved. The front desk staff and management were extremely dismissive, unsympathetic, and unprofessional when addressing these issues. Rather than feeling welcomed, I felt disrespected...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was really clean, the staff was very helpful and responsive. The aesthetics were top notch. You can tell everything was carefully thought out. The only thing we were not too fond of was the food. The view on the rooftop was so beautiful however so it made up for it . Def would recommend staying here "

"This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally."

"First time coming to Mexico City and the hotel was amazing ! From the staff to the hotel ambience it was a beautiful stay . Rooftop pool and bar was easily accessible with great view of the city . Sergio was amazing ( ask for the carajillo ) it’s my favorite drink he makes . Will definitely be coming back to this hotel for my next stay . Mexico City has my heart now forever ."
