"Beautiful hotel, loved the cleanliness. Areli was amazing, always very nice and on top of everything we needed. Cafeteria staff downstairs wasn’t so friendly. The breakfast upstairs is amazing and the staff provides good service although the genuine friendly piece lacks both in the restaurant upstairs and most definitely downstairs in the cafeteria. The lobby staff is great. Overall the hotel is very nice and clean and is in a great location."

"Our stay was amazing. We visited for a long weekend from Florida. Wanting the cooler weather Mexico City offered due to its elevation. We arrived well before check in. "The room was small but it was perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfortable and we would sleep really well. We were next to the bar and could hear the music at times but didn't really interrupt our sleep. The breakfast, included snacks and drinks were an awesome plus and we enjoyed the rooftop seating. Overall, I would stay there again as it was super close to zocalo and neighboring places we wanted to explore."

"This hotel has ruined me for all other hotels! This boutique hotel was a peak experience for our stay in Mexico City. It is located on a lovely, quiet street, only about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center sights of the Cathedral, the Zocalo, and Templo Mayor. The surrounding streets are pulsing with foot traffic and small shops. It is not tourist territory and it feels very safe, even as night falls. The hotel itself is gorgeous architecturally."
