"Good location but the bed and pillow is not comfortable"

"First time in HK w my wife. Stayed here 6 nights. Location was central to metro, shops, lots of food options. We were able to easily walk to Temple Street, Ladies Market, Sneaker Street, Avenue of the Stars, 1881 Heritage area; all over TST and Kowloon. Hotel is between TST and Jordan MTR stations so Lantau Island (Disneyland) and HK island were easily accessible. One small drawback is that this hotel sits on a steep hill. Not fun with large luggage and a pain after a long day of walking...

"Where do I start? From the minute we checked in they were so very helpful. Collecting us and luggage from taxi and taking it to our room. Booked 2 queen beds which were so comfy. Bathroom was large and clean. Bottled water topped up every day. Nespresso machine with 3 pods daily. Plenty of storage. Be On Canton the bar on level 3 was lovely. Outdoor space which was a bonus. "Great location, very modern, clean rooms, good staff. Close to everything you need. Larger rooms compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Hong Kong. Good value for the money. "

"We had a family room which sleeps 4 very comfortably. The room was wonderful. Everything was clean. Breakfast buffet on the 15th floor was good not great. Overall service was very good. We were there 5 nights and one elevator was out of service the entire time we were there. Close to Jordan MTR. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again."

Dash Living is a service hotel, rooms are adequately sized with a lot of storage (closets, cabinets). Do note that they only provide fresh change of towels and clearing of rubbish in the rubbish bin daily, with housekeeping only performed once every 7 days.
