"The Inn at Europa is absolutely lovely. I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed staying up on the hill, it was beautiful and peaceful and so close to everything. The location was fantastic and I would not have changed it. I appreciate the comfort of the room, the bed was so comfy and inviting, the fountain in the courtyard provided additional ambiance. The staff were all accommodating and friendly, wonderful service. I will absolutely stay here again. I loved being so close to the restaurants...

"Very clean and spacious room, and the property was well maintained. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were uniformly gracious, kind, and professional--a real highlight of the stay. It's maybe a 10-minute walk to Old Town Temecula, and given the traffic, you might want to choose that option. Pets are permitted for a $75 fee, and there's a "pet relief station" at the back with sand and some poop bags. The parking lot has ample space for a small dog to stretch its legs. "The place looked good from outside. I didn’t expect to have some issues before checking in. It was on going some renovation on one side, our room was right next to a bunch of construction stuff in the hallway. The other side of the hallway looked clean and quiet, so I asked to move to the other side. The next room was fine except the window was extremely dirty. It smeared with heavy dirts as a view. The sink had no stopper, just a hole and some foul odor could be smelled. Then the only elevator...

"The room was clean upon arrival, except one of the garabage pails was not emptied. Other than that the room was very clean. Front desk staff very courteous and friendly. Breakfast menu was very good and the air conditioning worked perfectly."
