"This was our second time at the Inn and it met all our expectations. We had a bigger suite this time with comfy recliners. It's always nice to see the same hospitable staff 3 years later. That's a sign that they take good care of their people, which explains why they took such good care of us and the other guests. Looking forward to the next visit!"

"We checked into our room that was tucked in a corner with horrible view,the tv remote didnt work after replacing the batteries. The shower was a hot tub, shower combo that was extremely difficult for a 68 year old to get in and out of we had to request towels. They offered complimentary glass of wine to a couple checking in ahead of us although we finally got ours after reporting the above issues.They stated they couldn't give us a room change because they were booked yet the room next to the...

"This is our 4th year coming to the Hyatt Regency - Welk Resort. This is an outstanding place to staycation, or vacation, as a family. There are so many amenities to accommodate the stay, including; pools, spas, water slides, snack bars, market and places to dine. The grounds are upbeat daily and Staff is the best. The rooms are great but I recommend the Villas. We'll be back next year."
