"I have to say I was so very impressed with the service at this particular hotel. From beginning to end the people who work here are polite and extremely willing to help in any way possible. Being a solo traveler, it is comforting to have people looking out for you - and absolutely lovely people at that! Even very early in the morning, (when I am definitely not at my best,) there were several staff members available, who with pleasant smiling faces made it much easier for me to go on my way....

"We love this quirky hotel for its proximity to Manchester Airport. It's our first stop in the UK when we arrive on vacation, so that first night is very important for us to catch up on sleep after an overnight flight.
