The room was clean, and with the windows closed, you couldn't hear any outside noise. The breakfast was good, varied, and fresh, and the staff was attentive to your needs. "This property is conveniently located right on Gran Vía in Madrid — close to everything you could possibly need. Despite the vibrant hustle and bustle of the city outside, the hotel feels comfortable and cozy, offering a nice retreat to rest. The lobby is quite small and can feel a bit crowded at times, and the sofa bed did not smell amazing. However, these were minor details and did not affect our overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay in the heart of Madrid!"
