"The property is at the heart of where you want to be to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, public transit, etc. The room itself was tight but provided adequate space for two people. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear well outside your door but overall I felt very comfortable in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting us up with our code to the building and room. "Great location , in the heart of city centre . Great location if you’re interested in shopping and exploring the area. Staff are amazing and so welcoming . They have coffee, water snack and fruit 24/7 . The bed is very comfortable and you will have a great sleep . The room is not fancy but comfy and anything you need is there. If I ever go back to Madrid I will stay in the same hotel."
