"Great location , in the heart of city centre . Great location if you’re interested in shopping and exploring the area. Staff are amazing and so welcoming . They have coffee, water snack and fruit 24/7 . The bed is very comfortable and you will have a great sleep . The room is not fancy but comfy and anything you need is there. If I ever go back to Madrid I will stay in the same hotel."
