"Perfect location, super clean and spacious room for Firenze, and amazing hosts!"

"Staff was lovely and very helpful. Bathroom nicely renovated. Unfortunately I had to leave before breakfast but it seemed to be a nice selection. The only thing I didn’t like was it was a very small attic room with a very low ceiling. Nice automatic blinds installed. Felt like a fire trap - up a small spiral staircase to get to top. Clean though."

There is extra charges for check in time after 8pm. It’s next to the train station so expect some noise to trade for the convenience."

The air conditioning in the first room we had wasn’t working so we were quickly offered two others, including a free upgrade to a larger room. The one we chose was cool and comfortable. "this hotel is right by the train station so that was an added bonus BUT a little far from the city. Super clean, friendly staff overall a great stay. Only downside was that it was located on a busy ONE WAY street so during peak hours it could be hard to leave/ get to the area if traveling by taxi."

"Very nice hotel, walking distance to railway station. All historical and cultural sites were walking distance . Staff was extremely helpful with dinner arrangements and travel advise. Breakfast was very good with attentive staff."

"I highly recommend this B&B. The rooms are very clean, the shower and water pressure were great. The bed was comfortable. I suggest getting the breakfast, we bought it there, it was 10€ per person per day. The woman working at the reception made us feel welcome, gave us a great explanation of how to get around Florence and was always helpful when we asked, compliments to her. The air conditioning worked amazing in this heat wave. Very happy with our 4 night stay."
