"We really loved the hotel. The rooftop is really fab in the lovely weather, even without access to the pool off season. There’s plenty of seating to sit in the sunshine overlooking Florence. The free access to the gym and laundry self-service was a nice touch also. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags in storage on checkout and use the rooftop for a few hours before we leave for our train. We would recommend this hotel to others and will be looking up other Social Hub...

"This place is gorgeous, I wish we had time to relax and enjoy the garden. You can hear comings and goings from the lobby but it’s nothing dramatic. Viola the owner is super lovely and very helpful. Would stay again in a garden view room. "
