The highlight is the most beautiful staff- they are all fantastic and excel at hospitality. "To my surprised they have upgraded me to a villa and it was so beautiful and I greatly appreciated. I was only there for 2 nights but will certainly be back to stay for longer. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, you would find anything hot or cold and the croissants were delicious. Amazing place, right on the beach and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. "Lovley for older family’s. Kids club isn’t good for young or older kids. My 7 year old refused to go back. Very nice kept hotel, almost immaculate. Food not overly exciting. No swim up bar. Kids club closes at 5pm. "

"The main building rooms just feel dirty. We had cockroaches get into our food in the room. We had a really bad room service chicken meal that we couldn’t eat. We left after 2 nights of a 5 night stay. We had already moved rooms twice and they wanted us to move a 3rd time. They get you to sign a form at check in that you aren’t entitled to a refund (if you booked a room with no refund)… this should have been a red flag. They then tried to get me to sign a form on departure stating I wouldn’t be entitled to a refund. We haven’t even asked for a refund we were just happy to get out of there. In fairness- we stayed in the main building, I believe the kids side is newer. A few good pool slides and a kids club are very available at a lot of hotels in the area so I would definitely skip this place if you are reading this. "

"For the price it’s an excellent hotel, huge swimming pool and comfortable sun beds around the pool or by the private beach- staff very helpful and friendly certainly good value for money with large lovely room. We paid the little extra for pool/ beach view from our balcony which definitely worth it."
