"Only thing I feel is lacking is some coffee and tea supplies. And also more towels would be good. Only 6 bath towels. Some face towels and small hand towels would be good. And some detergent pods for laundry . Water is provided so that is good. "

"Management was accommodating to our request. However, amenities like shampoo, dishwashing liquid and sponge were not replenished. Fridge of this unit gave very loud noise. Hopefully you might want to look into this. Overall stay is okay in terms of location and to access the unit. "

However, I encountered a few issues, such as a stuck sliding door in the master bedroom, toilet flushing problems in the junior master and a non-working TV. I reported these through the QR code and most of the issues were promptly resolved. "Check-in/out time can be improved, 4pm is abit too late for check-in. And instruction was also sent late.l Check-in process can also be improved, for 1st timer is abit complicated as we weren't know where the letter-box is located to picm-up the key. Security is tight too. Room wise, beds are comfortable. Enough towels."

"Very pleasant and welcoming staff on front desk. Excellent crowd management in the morning buffet breakfast session. Efficient staff team at breakfast area. Best option and food variety for breakfast I have ever had. Food was good and freshly served. "
