"Wonderful property! The staff were excellent and went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is extensive and very good. The highlight of this Ibis is the pool, it's huge! Make sure to spend as much time as possible relaxing in the pool. I look forward to staying here again one day."

"Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Itโs a really good transit hotel for so many reasons. I deeply appreciated that they will use a buggy cart type thing to pick you and your luggage up from the airport and bring you to the front desk. If I had to have walked that it wouldโve taken a really long time because of how long the sky bridge is. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We stayed on the lounge floor and while we got there too late to enjoy the lounge cocktail hour, they did serve tea at 11 PM and it was looseleaf which was so wonderful. The breakfast in the lounge was really good too."

"Plenty of local food stores within walking distance from KIP CORE Sentral, which is a few km from KLIA. The unit we were in has clean tile floor, water filter with hot water, but its cold water wasnโt working. We didnโt see any instructions on how to operate the laundry machine as some of the settings we tried only wash but doesnโt dry the clothes. The overhead protector smart tv? is a nice touch although some of the apps we tried needs needs one to login. The swimming pool is good size."

"This hotel was just fine, and served its purpose. I needed a place to stay for a night-long layover near KUL (or KLIA). Everything worked as it should; the bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked well. Decent bathroom and fast, friendly check-in."

"We had a brilliant stay at Holiday Inn Sepang. The staff were incredibly friendly throughout, and the location is amazing โ just a few minutes from KL Airport with a free shuttle bus service that runs pretty much to schedule (pickup from Terminal 1, Level 1, Gate 3). The hotel itself was really clean, and our family room was fantastic, with some lovely thoughtful touches for the kids. The beds were super comfy too, which made a big difference after a long flight. Breakfast was a real highlight โ a great selection of fresh food including noodle soup, desserts, yoghurts, and drinks. There was genuinely something for everyone. Another big plus is the location โ the hotel sits right next to a shopping strip with everything you could need, including McDonald's, Burger King, local restaurants, and convenience stores. Overall a fantastic stay and a perfect base for anyone flying in or out of KL. Highly recommend!"

"Itโs a fantastic idea, very clean and well maintained. It is lovely to have all the facilities of a hotel room on the transit side at the airport. No need to pass through immigration if you are transferring to another flight with a longer stopover. Clean, quiet and private with a shower room and toilet in the room."
