"Its time to renovate this old Marriott. The location is great. Staff is amazing, but rooms are starting to get old. Wardrobe doors didnt close well. Safe wasnt working. One of the wardrobe lights didn't turn off. Its time for renovation."

"This is probably one of the best Rosewoods I have ever stayed in. Everything about our stay was perfect. It was my birthday and they made me feel very special. I have stayed at other 5* hotels in Guangzhou but from now on this is the only place to stay. Pool beautiful and not crowded. Both bars very busy and great atmosphere. Really couldnโt fault it. Room was sensational too!!"

"One of the best hotel experiences weโve had. The property is conveniently situated and well maintained. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. There is a convenient store steps away from hotel lobby. Cons would be the pool availability which is very limited due to the overwhelming amount of kids swim lessons, (for non hotel guests), there are. Another disappointment was I booked the two bedroom suite because of the washer/dryer it came with but the dryer is not operating as it should and clothes donโt come out dry."
