We did enjoyed ourselves here, while waiting for next flight at midnight from this morning. Room surprised me with stylish. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We slept well for couple of hours. It was a bit of challenge to contact hotel for the shuttle service from airport to hotel but eventually got it sorted, thank you.

At the end of five weeks stay in China and an early flight. The next morning we needed hotel close to the airport – I booked two rooms for $145 Australian – that is absolutely fantastic value. Especially since the hotel was beautifully appointed, clean, had efficient staff, a free airport shuttle, and all the service you expect from a five star hotel. Extremely highly recommended for those who want to stay near the airport in Guangzhou.

One of the standout features was the complimentary airport transportation, which made our arrival and departure seamless. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing environment after a long day of meetings. Another highlight was the breakfast—absolutely delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning on future business trips to Guangzhou. Highly recommended!

Staffs are super friendly and professional. Love the minibar services, instead of filling your fridge up with stuffs, you can grab whatever you want from the shop in the lobby. Saves a lot of staffs resources and time as you pay on the spot instead of at end of checking out. Also no need to take my credit card details nor any prepaid bond.

The hotel room was fairly new, very large, and had a small kitchen, great bathroom and very comfortable bed. However, there was an error between Expedia and the hotel where they thought our party of 5 was due the day before. Just as well we had emails with evidence, and there were rooms available. Also there needs to be more knowledge around where to catch the shuttle bus and times for it. Not everyone has a local phone to call the hotel when you arrive in Guangzhou. A lot of time was wasted on this.

The hotel is close to the airport and has shuttle every hour to the terminals. The room is very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Most importantly, the staff are all super nice and helpful. My wife needed to take a taxi but she doesn’t know the exact address of the destination, and she doesn’t have a convenient way of making payments such as WeChat pay. Mr. Yu at the front desk learned about the situation, not only called the taxi and provided the driver with detailed instructions, but also helped her to arrange the payment and the trip back to the hotel. The staff are truly considerate and treat the customers like their friends from heart. We greatly appreciate that and definitely will come back!
