"It has a good location and connects to MTR via the department store. It's a bit far (1 km), but there are many things along the way. The hotel is as luxurious as expected. I once stayed in Langham, London, and this Shenzhen hotel has that same vibe. The room is spacious, and the staff was attentive and responded to all requests quickly and correctly, even though they were not perfect in English. Overall, I will stay here again if I come to Shenzhen."

"The breakfast was great, have both Western and Cantonese food. There are also food court thtat included Burger King and Domino's Pizza. There is a mall across the street. Plenty of shopping, kids activity and restaurants."

With the spectacular views from up high, the soothing massages in the Spa, and the very accommodating staff in Catch, Caffe Mondo, the Atrium, etc, we felt more than catered to.
