We were told that breakfast was served at 1st floor, 2nd floor & 4th floor with same variety of foods. We can choose either floor to go for. "The hotel room is clean and nice. Room is not too big but enough for two person stay. Am grateful to the cleaner for cleaning our room everyday for 8D7N diligently. They even make sure to put tea time snack and fruit on table each day. We always return to the room with snacks waiting for us. Hotel front staffs were friendly and helpful whenever you need any help. MRT station is few hundred meter away. Will consider staying again if going Taipei next time. Worth what you pay for."

"This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — they were incredibly friendly and truly went out of their way to help in any way they could. "Location wise was okay. However the room was pretty dusty and small. I was given a different room from what I booked so I was a bit upset. Although it’s a 5 star hotel, the service and room amenities is not exactly 5 stars. Just think twice before booking. I recommend going for Marriott hotels if looking for 5 stars. "
