We absolutely loved this hotel. The location was perfect and very walkable to circular quay and Darling Harbour. Our room was huge, very clean and had everything we needed. We found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Room showed signs of minimal maintenance - carpet badly frayed at ends near tiles, skirting boards and door bottoms chipped. Pool & gym areas were neglected, no sun shade so avoided in daytime. Gym was pokey - better off to offer access to a nearby well equipped 24hr gym. Linen clean and beds well made up, but our preference is for firmer bed & less decorative pillows that ended up filling the wardrobe. Staff friendly and helpful.

Convenient location close to Circular Quay and train and light rail services. Staff friendly and helpful. Set up for self catering, laundry with supermarkets very close by. Can be noisy at night so recommend earplugs for sleeping.
