"Roof top bar was very loud! Reception staff did their best offering ear plugs and to move room. No sure moving would have helped… Should be aware if booking the bar is a popular spot. Also disappointed the pool was closed for construction but we didn’t get any warning when booking. Otherwise good location and friendly staff."

"Buffet breakfast and staff were great. Great location, with the Florida Gardens light rail stop right in front of hotel. Two stops to Surfers Paradise in one direction and one stop to Broadbeach North in other direction. Very convenient. Hotel accomodated us with an early check-in and room upgrade. Very satisfied with this hotel choice. Will be back again."

"Be nice to have the bare minimum of cooking stuff. Having to buy a container of salt for example. So easy to do and so cheap. Just a thought. All the 'residents' were just so helpful and kind!"

"Great location and amenities for a family. The kids loved the option of pools, playground and water slide. This area of the hotel had a lovely resort feel. However, the room itself was poor and very run down. This was our second room as the first was not only run down but had that ‘nursing home’ scent so we asked to change. While the new room was still rundown, there was no smell. A shame because the beds were comfortable and balcony had a view of the coast."
