"Shuttle was amazing - Frank was fast. Love the communication from the hotel - particularly about the availability of cruise port shuttle on-site. Staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. The room is where I had issues. Bed was comfortable but I always check for bed bugs. There were no bed bugs but there were crumbs in the bed and the mattress was filthy - see pic. There was also a hair in the bathroom and a crumb on yhe floor in the room. Hotel needs a facelift but really staff was excellent. Breakfast was excellent - waffle machines, scrambled eggs, bagels etc"
