"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...

"My husband and I flew in from Mexico and stayed here for one night. The location was perfect, especially since it was close to UofT, where our daughter was graduating this year. This stay marked the final night of our three week journey across Canada, during which we visited Montreal, Toronto, and Banff. After such an amazing trip, it was wonderful to spend our last evening in a comfortable and relaxing place. Everything was clean, convenient, and made for a memorable end to our Canadian...

"Very very clean, room had a sitting kitchen with a coffee machine and a fridge. The furniture and carpet were dated , but renovation effort was visible in the bathroom. No elevator, however staff offered to help with the luggage. Air conditioner was super loud, it made it difficult to sleep. All in all a good place, but a bit pricey."

"Lovely hotel conveniently located across from the train station. It was my husband's birthday, and our room faced the CN Tower. Our room was in the east tower. The hall linking the elevator to the lobby was under construction, so it was a bit of a trek to get to the elevator to our room. A bit of an inconvenience. The staff was really. nice and helpful."
