"Accessibility is a real issue. Ramp to the Lobby is quite a distance from the handicap parking. Once in the lobby to check-in, you must go back outside and use another outside ramp to access the elevator and ground floor rooms. Restaurant is also not easily accessible. Apparently there is a ramp but we never saw it. Opted for room service but the order never went through to the kitchen. Waited an hour and then I went to the restaurant and re-ordered our dinner. Staff were very helpful...

"The rooms are extremely small and the AC was not working properly. When we checked out and mentioned how hot the room was they said it was a known problem and gave us a couple bags of chips and juice. We stoll paid over 400 for a night in a room that was to hot to comfortably sleep in."

"Very very clean, room had a sitting kitchen with a coffee machine and a fridge. The furniture and carpet were dated , but renovation effort was visible in the bathroom. No elevator, however staff offered to help with the luggage. Air conditioner was super loud, it made it difficult to sleep. All in all a good place, but a bit pricey."

"Being a country girl I didn’t realize or read properly that it was dorm rooms not being used in the summer. - My husband and I had a joining room - meaning a double bed in 2 spaces or rooms with the bathroom in between with a sink toilet and shower. No mini fridge no tv which in this case was ok as we were out and about except to sleep. And having your own space and not sharing with spouse was ok. Beds were comfortable. No hair dryer. Only 3 hangers Good WiFi the area was great...

"It is very well situated. you can go to the places downtown. Breakfast was good and the coffee better. Staf was very friendly and willig to answer all of our questions. PARKING WAS EXCELLENT We felt secure. Lots of police in the corners"

"The front desk staff (I dealt with Paul mostly) were absolutely lovely. Very friendly and personable. They remembered me as I walked through the lobby at various points. Our check in was late because our room wasn't quite ready yet (it happens) and I don't think the AC was working in our room which made for a semi uncomfortable night but otherwise our stay was great."
