"The staff was nice and the service was good they brought us extra toiletries and towels without us asking because they saw how many of us were there, just the condition of the property itself does not warrant it a 4 star hotel. We found ants in our room, the ice machine was not working on our floor it was only working on 2 floors in the entire building, the elevator on one side was stuck didn't bother trying to use it for the time that we were there. "The room was modern and looked great but did have a smell in the bathroom and drawers were crooked and looked to be broken in the entry. The hallways on the 19th floor looked dated however the staff were awesome. I left for the day and came back and my room was neat and tidy. The front staff offered me their limo service when I had trouble with my phone/uber. They helped me not be late for my flight. I would recommend this hotel !!"

"So ask for a third floor room. The bar/night club would affect your evening sleep if you were on the second floor. Great location close to U of T with lots of street level restaurants. "the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen for free for the 29th. This is ridiculous. I have attached my reservation pictures showing it is exactly the same."
