"The staff were very courteous. I really want to highlight the exceptional service offered to us by Yohannes who went far and beyond to make sure we had a great breakfast each day we stayed there. Always welcomed us with a great big smile and made sure we were well taken care of. We cant thank him enough for making our stay at your hotel the best experience ever for me and my guests. This was the best breakfast I have ever had at any hotel in Canada. Great selection of all the breakfast items and i really loved the fact that the fruit was so fresh!! Definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay again! Thank you so much!"

The manager and front desk team — especially Ruben — were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The Living Room restaurant was another highlight. The food was excellent, and the service truly stood out. George and Cathy went above and beyond to make the dining experience memorable with their warmth and attentiveness. On top of that, the hotel’s location is perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything Toronto has to offer. A beautiful hotel made even better by outstanding people. I would absolutely return.
