Building not well upkeeping. Smelly & dirty.
"Nice apartment but no upkeeping, Very dusty, smelly moist and damp. Not worth for the price. Carpark lift smelly & dirty. No signage & walk distance to hotel from parking basement. Hotel guest only allow one hour dipping in the hot spring. Overall not up to my expectations."
