"I am going to be as fair as possible with my review, front desk staff was excellent, easy check in, very help full and spoke english, Lobby was clean. Good location, Airport bus shuttle from Narita stops right in front of hotel, the free shuttle to Disney was a big plus. The location was also good, plenty of places to eat, train station is just minutes away and skytree is close by. "Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and only negative I would have to say is the fact that I couldn't get a non-smoking room and the gentleman at the front desk told me even though it is a smoking room there isn't a bad smell. Well, he was wrong. But thankfully during my stay the temp outside was nice and cool so having the door open at night got that smell out but couldn't get the A/C to work but I guess that really didn't matter. Also, some variety for breakfast changes would have also been nice....

"The rooms are small, which is normal in Japan hotels. Central air conditioning not turned on. Room was quite warm and we could only control speed of fan, not temperature. Hotel has 2 convenience stores and a few restaurants. Location is great. Walking distance to shopping, train stations, restaurants. Would stay here again!"
