"Everything was very nice, except for the elevators. No matter what time of day, morning, late at night I had to wait forever for an elevator. I feel like a 3rd elevator would be a necessary improvement. Other than that the location is amazing and the bus to sannomiya station was also very convient. Room was clean. "
