"Stayed in the 6 bed dorm. It was a bit of a mess with 4 other ppl's belongings taking up every imaginable surface but was lucky no one snored too badly as there's absolutely no sound proofing. Bring ear plugs. Bathroom was clean. Don't sit on the furniture outside as everything is crawling with ants"

"People are lovely of course. But I could not get through to their number for an airport pickup or to arrange a late checkin, so I ended up paying for another hotel my first night. The room was basically clean, but super musty with water damage on the walls. Intense fire smoke from nearby. No AC. Bed very hard. I left the window open for ventilation and found a scorpion. Would have been understanding given the other things weren’t present. I left a day early. "

"A parte da piscina e de convívio é muito boa, o pequeno almoço tem várias opções e são ok por 3 euros. A cama é confortável, os quartos sao bons e tem bastante espaço as guardar as malas. O único senão são as casas de banho que são mistas, estão sujas e pouco cuidados, as pessoas deixam as embalagens de shampoos vazios que não são retiradas, deixam as escovas de dentes e giletes em todo o lado. Acho que o hostel nesse aspeto podia ter uma política mais restrita. "

"DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve been to a couple hostels in Bali now and do understand some are nicer than others but this one is disgusting. Me and my friend were put in a room that the ceiling is falling apart, no AC and shared a room with workers which was uncomfortable. Woke up with so many bites. The bathrooms are covered in spiders and frogs. We made it through one night and left automatically in the morning. Would absolutely not suggest."

"Accommodation booked through Expedia when hotel was closed and remains closed , borders are closed and several months later I still don’t have my refund . I am still awaiting my refund from hotel and Expedia . Refund should have been instant as soon as they learned hotel was not even open ? Shame on you Expedia !"

"Very disappointed with our stay here, the room was not clean and smelled extremely strongly of smoke. We tried everything to get rid of the smell but nothing helped. There was also damp on the walls and the curtains were mouldy. Would avoid staying here again in the future."

"とても素敵な施設&滞在でした。 チェックイン後は丁寧なツアーもしていただきました。ですが、ソーラーパネルでまかなえる総ワット数&施設での毎月使用している電力量、雨水や廃水の総量、濾過循環方法、スバックについて等など、質問に対して回答がいただけなかったのは残念でした。 部屋のゴミの分別ができるような形であったり、無料のコーヒーやお茶があったり、欲を言えばコンポストトイレがあったりしたら宿泊者には嬉しかったです。"

"It's my worst hostel stay in bali. The only thing is cheap but it's not worth it at all (as it's so far from town & you can't walk, only by transport).. The bed is bad, bed frame is not attached to 1 of the bar (it's dangerous for upper deck.. Well good luck), mattress sink in, so uncomfortable! Most of all the pillow smell badly (I need to use my own towel to cover on) .. I don't understand how the guest can fall asleep? They must be really tired. Did I mention? "It was really comfy hostel, so I extended my stays twice. A private space in the dormitory looks new, and staffs always keep clean all of the facilities. There are staffs at the reception 24hours :) This hostel located next to Mal Bali Galeria, it was convenient!"

"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...
