"I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. "

"Our second time staying. One bedroom in comfortable December and three bedroom in the heat of June. We were better prepared for arrival and departure directions. One problem was our door code was wrong but we had the Sonder phone # handy and it was quickly resolved. The room was spacious and comfortable with terrific view. "The apartment itself is nice and has many of the items you would want to cook. They did include some usual items like coffee, teas, shampoo/conditioner, and soap. I can confirm it can get loud around the premise, mostly drunk people walking by or cars speeding by. I would not recommend this location for a light sleeper. I throughly enjoyed my stay though and would stay again. "
