"This was our second stay at this hotel and just as good second time around. It’s clean, comfortable, welcoming staff and a great breakfast. Nice and close to the airport too."

"This place is good to stay if you have a flight and need.a quick stay. Very clean place. The beds were ok, didnt really have a comforter just like a thin sheet. Breakfast is limited, I wouldn't consider it continental."

"We had a reserved and paid for room. It was given away and we were given a room with different bed sizes for 3 adults when we specially searched for a king with a hide a bed as we sleep on a king now. The queen beds were in poor condition, the lamp shade was broken and the couch had holes in it. The manager email was on the front desk so I wrote to them with no response. If a room is promised through expedia, it should not be given away. PHX was packed that weekend and hotel prices were...

"Forgot my insulin in fridge after taking shuttle to airport. Ladonna retrieved it from our room and gave it to shuttle driver, Frank, who got it to us in just a half hour at our airport terminal. Cannot thank you enough!! Amazing customer service!"

"Breakfast staff never greeted us. Spent a long time waiting on the food. Looked like the staff were in the back room just talking amongst them selves. For some reason there was no tv in our room. Elevated button information almost not existent hard to see what button is which. This was our go to hotel but it has sadly declined each time we have gone. "

"This property is clean, welcoming, plenty of parking and easy access to the Phoenix airport, ASU, downtown and more. We travel all over and this location will definitely be a return stay!"

"Property seems like it is new and is in good condition. Traveling as a family of four the room with two double beds and a pullout was quite small. The rooms do not have queen beds. They are truly double beds. We ended up getting another room to fit our family better. Breakfast was decent and the location was close to the airport, but not too close that it was noisy. "

"The room was clean overall and in great condition. The bathroom fan didn't work, could be an issue for more than one person staying in the room. Breakfast was just OK. They really need to fix the coffee. The coffee was terrible. When the food is bland and mediocre, great tasting coffee could really save the day. This was not the case."

"The room had mildew stains in the bathroom and a blood spot on the wall. The bed was too low to the ground. The staff was incredibly nice."

"Didn’t eat at the hotel but everything was good except I either left my little grey jacket in the lobby or on the shuttle bus this morning at 5:00.😢"

"the hotel is under construction, therefore, not many rooms appeared to be available. The area was loud and dark. Overall cleanliness and staff were very helpful. Not within walking distance of pubs, restaurants which I had hoped for (but I also should have done a bit more homework myself). Overall an okay stay."
