"Great staff"

"CONS: Heavily scented cleanser used in the room. With everyone's sensitivities today why are they using scented products at all. Even though the room was a kitchenette suite there was no utensils, dishes, or cooking pots and pans. Bathroom sink didn't drain well. Could not get the shower water hot enough. There is a fan through the wall that does not have an alarm off switch so I had to listen to that all night. Coffee in the lobby was so bad I had to drive elsewhere to get decent...
