"Pool was great"

"Couldn’t use the pool because the geese were using it. Couldn’t use the hot tub because it was dirty. Couldn’t use the fridge because it didn’t cool and froze because the air conditioner was wack! So, no I would not recommend this establishment and by the way I did let them know about the issues and no, nothing was resolved!"

"The water park was great! Our beds and pillows were soft. A few of the elevators didn’t work and the spa and gym were being renovated, so we don’t use those. Overall pretty nice."

"Be aware that cleaning does not happen every single day. When they did clean, our sheets were NOT changed. They just made the bed up. The bathroom was not cleaned. Just wiped over the sink. The sinks did not drain, the water filled and the sink was slow to drain. The cleanliness was terrible. It was also a urine smell in the room as well. We just went out and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned because the hotel was completely booked and we Couldn’t change rooms. I would not stay here again. "

"Honestly, it is a great spot to stay. It is in the center of everything so you can easily walk for food, drinks, clubs. The amenities are top tier. I only gave 4 stars due to having trouble connecting to the wifi (I had some work to do). Everything else was great"

"The location was great for our early flight in the morning. The hotel was in good shape and we didn't have any problems."
