Unlike unfriendly attitude of Chef although food was excellent. 1st day we were offered cookies at check in and I asked in a light hearted manner "Are they fresh and warm from this morning?" The girl at desk asked the Chef who was standing nearby and he abruptly said " They were made today!" His face was very serious and unfriendly. We moved on. The next day...

"Room was very clean, the fireplace was great. Expedia did a horrible job with check-in instructions. It gave hotel address but failed to mention you must check in half a mile away at another Attitash Lodge. We found the lack of information annoying and simply unprofessional. Come on Expedia......do better."

"Our stay was amazing. We enjoyed all the play areas. We used the fire pit they had and made smores. They provided chairs for porch,picnic tables with umbrella. They even had a grill all for our cabin. The family is so nice. Our cabin was clean and freshly painted. I learned they have cottages as well with tables. Our family cant wait to return. Cleanest pool I have ever seen in all my travels."

"New IHG property in Conway NH was wonderful. Front desk Jordan is a gem! We stayed with our dog and the room was perfect i.e. not near a stairwell or elevator so traffic was minimal. Very clean room and public areas. Can't say enough good things about this hotel."

"Front desk associate was friendly. The mountain view was nice. Amenities were adequate. Location was in good proximity to outdoor activities. AC was greatly appreciated after really hot day. The mattress was too firm but even that would not be a deal breaker for a future stay."

"Loved everything about my stay except for the pillows. They were hard. Bathroom was super tiny but that’s because of the room I had rented which was the last one available for the 2 nights I was there. I would definitely stay again!! Highly recommend!!"

"I have stayed at the "School House" many times, and I love how quiet. I know the manager and I just met her soon Royce. It's funny I retired as a captain with American Airlines, when we had to go back to Dallas Tx, it was known as back to the School House! Funny and I flew Pratt and Whitney Engines, and Rolls Royce Engines. Very funny. I now live in the 1000nd Islands, and visit friends in Maine. I therefore head south to North Conway NH to visit close friends living there. I love that...

"If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny...
