"Best hotel I've stayed at this season in terms of cleanliness, amenities (good pool, great M-Club), comfortable rooms. Pain in the butt to get luggage to the rooms however, there were no carts available or anyone interested in helping. The staff at the front desk were not very polished and did not seem to have a desire to help customers beyond basics of checking in. They didn't want to give me more than one extra blanket per bed. I sleep cold and their blankets are very thin. Not sure how anyone...

"I booked through Expedia (prepaid). I got the receipt. When I checked in, the front desk receptionist could not find my reservation. I showed her tge receipt and she gave me a room with the condition that I emailed her supervisor my receipt. I did just that. The next day, I checked out and asked the front desk if they heard anything from their manager about my reservation. They did not see any notes from their manager. They gave me another email of another manager/ supervisor so that I can...

"Room is clean but dated. Mattress should have been discarded a long time ago. Staff is friendly and efficien In helping customers. Parking is safe. Free breakfast is a plus but the food lacks taste. 7.5 or 8/10 max."

"Disappointed! The reviews were misleading. I chose Comfort Inn because of brand recognition and star rating. From the furniture to the carpet, everything was old and outdated. Some pieces do furniture had tears in them, like done with a knife/blade. My first night was horrible. The bed sank in the middle, I ended up laying sideways and the foot of the bed. It was the only somewhat level part of the bed. My neighbor was yelling to himself until after midnight. I did not fell safe to report him....

"This hotel provides a 5 star experience at half the price! Front desk staff were warm and welcoming with every interaction--happy to help both guests and each other with smiles. Very refreshing. Staff kept the communal areas immaculate, and the housekeeping staff were cheerful, helpful, and thorough with servicing the rooms. Breakfast was much better than your typical hotel fare. Location is great--easy access to the interstate and great restaurants and shops, and the pool and workout rooms...
