"Beware the air conditioning! The unit makes different kinds of sounds all night long and can easily wake you up. Also, it doesn’t consistently run- it shuts once a certain temp is reached. This would be okay were it not for the fact that the noise is inconsistent and sounds likes gears clanking together."

"First git there check in and couldn't get out my room the lock was broken so they got me out and switched rooms.....then I work up next morning to get the free complimentary breakfast and there was none....just nurta grain bars and coffee☹️.....I wouldn't recommend to a dog"

"You get what you pay for. If you are looking for a really nice place with great amenities, then this is not for you. If you are looking for a decent place just to lay your head at night for a decent price, then this place will do. Some sketchy people hanging around the place. Bed was very comfortable for me, but I like it pretty soft."

"This hotel had sane guest that did not smoke outside my door. No one yelled, screamed, or slammed doors, or played loud music during the day or night. No Freeway traffic noise. Parking was easy. The bed was more comfortable than most. The AC was easy to control. The TV had adequate stations. The refrigerator worked well once I turned it to keep cool. Shower tub seemed safe to walk in. The shower curtain rod was mounted good. Shower head seemed low for an over 6 ft tall person like me. The...

"First they assigned me a room that was not even clean yet. They switched me rooms after I called. The room I was assigned had hand prints all over the walls. And other mysterious stains on them. The floors were full of grime. There were holes on the roof from water damage. The workers were not at all customer service oriented. It seemed that it was bothersome that I chose their inn."

"I checked in, dropped off my luggage to the room, come back a few hours later, key doesn't work and was told that my room was given to someone else. Was told I need to wait for supervisor before I can get my stuff out. I am lucky my belongings weren't stolen. Not sure how something like this can even happen."

"I was upset because the first room I went into the phone was not working. I wanted to notify them that the bed was broken and I found out that the phone had no tone. I had to walk down to the front desk and complain about this because the phone was an issue and the bird was again broken. The took a while to get me another room, but they did in the room had a funky smell to it. I would not stay there again."

"The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was talking on the phone and completely ignored my questions. When I repeated my question because I hadn't received an answer, she became irritated. After I asked her to be more courteous, she started yelling at me. On top of that, the TV remote in the room did not work. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would never stay at this hotel again."
