"Other than a major checking-in issue, the hotel was great. The breakfast was tasty, and the amenities avaliable exceeded expectations for the price. Just that during check-in, the counter staff couldn't find my prepayment in the system. Had to dispute it with the manager the next morning as Expedia's virtual agent help services were not helpful. No apology or anything given. Annoying and fustrating experience but the hotel itself was nice for the most part."

"Great room for the family and parking is very accessible. The room itself is pretty big and we loved the full refrigerator. A couple of negatives were the ultra soft pillows and there were dirty dishes that were left in the dishwasher. Other than that the hotel went beyond our expectations, we would definitely come back. "

"I accidentally booked for the wrong month asked to have my booking switched they refused, the reception at front desk was very rude. After reading the reviews especially I just wanted to cancel. I Will never book through Expedia let alone never ever say at this motel "

"The room was a scam from pictures on the app. It smelled like Mold, the TV was hit by someone or something, the phone line was cut by someone. It looked like the room wasnt vaccumed there was hair on the floor. I wont be coming back it smelled really bad in there."
