"The entire hotel staff were fantastic"

"I stayed at this hotel two years ago. At that time, the pool was under maintenance, but I didn't mind because everything else was excellent. That's why I decided to stay here again. Unfortunately, I was surprised to find that the renovation is still ongoing and appears to be much more extensive. The reception area did not reflect the standard I expected from this hotel. "Property is old and not updated or well maintained. Halls and rooms smell musty."

"Everything sucked, the room smelled like someone smoked it out with years of cigarettes. The ac unit when ran smelt like wet dog. They couldn’t provide extra towels. Tweakers partying through the night. I legitimately watched the cleaning lady run over the window screen twice after it fell off. Needed to get into my room had to wait over 30 mins for someone to come to the front desk along with 4 other people. Ripped bed sheets."

"Parking was free which was amazing. The bed is uncomfortable and warps under your weight. The staff were ok kinda rude when I checked in. The AC unit looked like it was sat on. There was a spider and pincer bug issue. Water pressure in the shower was not good. If you want room service you have to call them to get your room on the list. After noon they stop doing the service."

"I checked in, dropped off my luggage to the room, come back a few hours later, key doesn't work and was told that my room was given to someone else. Was told I need to wait for supervisor before I can get my stuff out. I am lucky my belongings weren't stolen. Not sure how something like this can even happen."

"The front desk helped us with traveling ideas while we were there. The breakfast was so so. At least there were waffles. Got attacked by a dog that they’re with a family. That was not very nice."

"I liked the remodel of the room but I missed the magnified mirror that used to unfold from the wall by the sink. The room was clean, the staff was very kind. The breakfast and parking were fine as usual. We enjoyed our stay."
