"Really good value for money and a very convenient location. The staff are friendly, the food is good, and both the room rates and the prices for food and drinks inside the hotel were reasonable. The air conditioning isn’t a true A/C system, but it does blow cool air and is good enough even during the very hot summer weather we’ve just had. The location is excellent for quick access to Cambridge, Stansted Airport and the surrounding areas. Like most places these days, there is a charge for parking, but the train station is literally on the doorstep, which is a big plus. Overall, a comfortable and well-priced stay in a very practical location. Will happily stay again."

"The standout was the very good breakfast. I did not like the pre-check in questionnaire procedure. Our mattresses were sagging and we had to turn them over in order to be able to sleep better."

"Clean room with attentive staff over the course of our 2 night stay. We never had a car but thought it costly at £14 a night,make a profit for sure but slightly high imo. We were unfortunate to have some of the travelling community staying and staff found it challenging to address their presence. I understand why this to be the case."

"The staff were amazing. We were desperate for a hotel with parking facilities, as we’d been let down by the Holiday Inn Express. The lady on the desk, reassured us, and got us checked in straight away. It turned our day around. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good value and catered for us as vegans. We’ve stayed here in the past and after this visit, we’ll never stay anywhere else in Stevenage."

"It was a fantastic, clean hotel with incredible food at a good price and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We were able to rest before an early flight and we were able to relax due to how close we were to the airport and the shuttle bus service was great also."
