"The room was clean bed was comfy, bathroom floor needs replacing. I booked a family rm for my son and I but the sofa bed was never made up even though I asked twice, I eventually gave up as the main bed was big enough. We was there for 5 days in total but only went to the restaurant once as it was a little limited with choice and a bit pricey. We didn’t have breakfast either."

"I was disappointed that breakfast finished at 9am as can't this was early for a hotel. I was on business the day before so I thought I would stay in bed a bit longer the next day. I reached the door to the pub part at 09:10 and was told breakfast finished at 09:00. I was a bit disappointed that I still wasn't offered anything. I wasn't told at reception when I checked in. Even the lady on reception when I was checking out agreed it was early and couldn't apologise enough that I wasn't told by the man on reception that breakfast was only until 09:00. Also be careful where you park as my car was absolutely covered in bird droppings, twigs and leaves (not the hotels fault) On plus notes it was so quiet in my room and the curtains were blackout and kept the light out a treat, probably why I slept in even later 😀"
