"It was impossible to get a hold of front desk over the phone. Everything else was amazing."

"Literally left in the middle of the night because after hoping the gangbangers next door would turn their music down at midnight it got louder, and they got drunker, so called the front desk and got a half assed answer "

"Allowed me to book a room there on Hotels.com only to tell me later that there was no room available. Caused me great stress and inconvenience. And from what I could tell, the place is a dump anyway."

"I didn’t like that I reported that the tv didn’t work and the front desk just said they’d call a tech later. When it still wasn’t working hours later they said they’d call tech hadn’t answered and they’d call in the morning. It wasn’t fixed the next day or the day after and they’d call did not offer to change the tv or the room. Then they cancelled the reservation."

"Great location, room was clean but the sink did not work. Bathrooms were also clean and close-by. Nothing fancy but good for the price, and most importantly walking distance to a ton of bars/public transit. "

"My rooms are always very clean. They are always friendly and helpful at the front desk. It is located so close to so many things, it's challenging to decide which place to visit sometimes. There are buses near this location going to all the amazing sites, so if you stay without a car or don't want to drive all the time there are options."

"Das Hotel hat grundsätzlich eine gute Lage. Vieles ist Fußlaufig zu erreichen bzw das nutzen der Tram und Busse ist nach kurzem laufen erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt nahe am Tenderloin District welches bekannt durch Obdachlosigkeit und Drogen ist. Dies war uns vor der Buchung klar. Die Bagels und der Kaffee beim Frühstück sind sehr lecker. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt aufjedenfall aber wer Luxus möchte ist hier definitiv falsch."

"2nd time here! you really cannot beat the price, i love this place. thin blankets but nice bathrooms, clean rooms and really flexible with check in and check out. friendly staff; gave me extra blanket and towels when i mentioned how cold i was lol. decent area and lots of parking garages nearby! i’d recommend. "

"I checked the bed before I went to sleep woke the next morning. There was a red mark on the upper mattress suspected bedbug. I was scheduled to stay two nights. I asked for a refund. I don’t know if I ever received it. Staff were very nice accommodating, however can’t deal with bugs."
