"Paid extra for a room with a fireplace. The fireplace was not working. Breakfast was not worth the time to check it. The room was clean if you did not look to close. I have stayed here once before. I thought that maybe this could be a new go to when visiting Santa Fe. After this visit I will have to think twice. I will try them again to see if this experience, a not so good one, or my last experience, a good one, is how they operate."

"I'm not expert, but I believe air conditioning should make your room colder. Our room's "air conditioning" was just blowing look cool air. To survive the night we had to open both windows to create some air flow. Open windows are not conducive to preventing the sounds of garbage and recycling removal trucks in the middle of the night, so that SUCKED ass. When I checked in, they gave us a two bedroom room, I booked a king, but said nothing because they got us in an hour early. The said it was on...

"This is actually the first hotel review I’ve ever written even though i travel 3-5 times a year—and I felt it was warranted. I travel often and usually stay at 4-star hotels or better, so I tend to have pretty high standards. This property exceeded expectations. "This was our best stay on a two month road trip. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this hotel and would give it six stars if I could. The facilities were excellent including a spacious room with a patio. What really made it special was the exceptionably friendly and helpful staff.
