"Airport shuttle did not operate 24 hours so we had to hire a taxi to and from the airport. Property is advertised with a restaurant on the 2nd floor. We were so disappointed when we arrived to find out that the restaurant was closed for renovations. Not an easy area to walk around - very busy with 5 intersections of traffic outside. "

"There was not a refrigerator or microwave in a 3 bedroom apartment. We asked for extra towels because we had 6 people but only 4 towels were provided. They told me I had to pay for extra towels and I was shocked. I've never experienced this before"
