"Well decorated clean room. Staff friendly and good size bed with comfortable bedding. Shower was very powerful and hot. Bed slightly too hard for own preference, but not too bad. Would have liked body lotion and maybe some water in the room and a better coffee supplied, but all little things. There was a safe if we needed. "

"Perfect nigh away for a business trip. Great central location with parking. Have stayed at the White Hart a few times and if you are looking to stay in a place with some history and a lot of character, then this is the one for you."

"we stayed here whilst visiting St Albans, it was perfect. Room was lovely,very comfortable bed, powerful shower, very clean. We ate in the restaurant on the first night, would recommend, tasty and good value. Breakfast was very good, nice selection and the cooked breakfast set us up for the rest of the day. Bar was good too, overall a perfect stay with lovely friendly staff. No hesitation in staying here again."

"This place is not ready for the public yet, the room is very dated, the windows are very old and damaged, the carpet was disgusting, the bed sheets were not changed from the previous visit. The shower was not comfortable either. The gym was good, and the staff seemed friendly, but the hotel needs a major uplift to justify the room rates they are charging"
