"the room was fine.. however please check the entrance door of a bathtub door. i think there was a leak. the carpet was wet. however, we dont want to make a big fuss. one of the aircond not working. the guy came to check. anyway, please check the room and the maintenance of any equipment in the room first before giving ti the tourist. Just to make sure that all tourists are comfortable woth the room. thank you"

"Overall a decent stay, especially for the location. It’s within walking distance of the main Bukit Bintang area, and both check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. The air-conditioning was fantastic and a godsend during this terrible haze season. There are a few things that could be improved though. The bathroom definitely needs more hooks — one really isn’t enough, especially for two people. The TV in our room was also pretty bad; the channels lagged so much that we eventually gave up and just watched CNA, which was streaming from YouTube. We couldn’t even log into YouTube itself. Soundproofing wasn’t great either. The walls seemed quite thin and the doors are heavy, so we heard quite a lot of slamming from the corridor. At one point, a couple in the room beside us were arguing loudly and we could hear them very clearly. The hotel was also extremely crowded during our stay, probably because it coincided with Golden Week and there were many tour groups around. When we were checking out, it took us more than 15 minutes just to get into an elevator with enough space for us and our luggage. That said, the location is excellent and the stay itself was otherwise comfortable."

"Stayed here during the F1 long weekend. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Location is great - the little shortcut to the nearby mall is pretty cool. Room had a bit of a funky smell when you enter but it goes away after a while. Rooms maybe need a bit of a refresh but well-maintained nonetheless."

"We found it the ideal base for our stay in KL, very central. Lots to do out and about with great street food near by at Jalan Alor. Using the grab app for taxis was the best way to get about."

"Nice stay at this hotel. Clean and comfortable although central aircon is a bit too noisy. Nothing fantastic on the view as the window is facing an old building. F want better view then need to upgrade the room. Tv screen is not exactly sharp but still decent enough to watch. Location is great with Imbi LRT just across and Lalaport bus terminal within walking distance. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Took initiative to check on my room services daily. Can consider to stay again for my next trip if taking coach to KL again."
