"We arrived early with friends and Kristie (at front desk) was so helpful in gettin us at least one room so that we could put our luggage into it ……. When we arrived at 10 pm we didn’t have to unload at that time… made our lives easier…. It’s nice to know in these times that a staff member will go above and beyond …. Made your hotel a wonderful experience and will stay again when in area"

"There’s nothing to dislike about the facility or staff. It’s a very clean place and I’ve always been impressed with how consistently clean the lobby restrooms are. My ONLY complaint is that they don’t offer any complimentary coffee in the lobby each morning. The only option is a Starbucks where the most basic cup is close to $7 with the heavily “recruited” tip as part of the pay process. The in-room coffee isn’t a good option, so I don’t consider that a viable alternative. I can’t make coffee and still allow my wife to continue sleeping! It doesn’t help that I don’t care for Starbucks coffee. I think it tastes like burnt leather…or I imagine it does! "
