If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
The elevator was out of service the entire time we were there and this was never mentioned anywhere before booking or at check-in. We were placed on the 6th floor. When I raised the concern, the receptionist dismissed me immediately and claimed there were no other rooms available, even though rooms were showing available on lower floors.
The room itself was unsafe and in terrible condition. Within the first hour, the bathroom door handle came completely off and my child was trapped inside. A cabinet door fell off while being opened and dropped on my child’s foot. The table was broken and peeling apart.
We requested extra blankets, pillows, and towels and were told they had none. There were five of us and two towels total. The room had no sponge or dishwasher pods to clean dishes. There were no trash bags in the trash cans. The dish soap provided was clearly already used and half empty.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable, everyone woke up sore with back & neck pain. On top of that, a commuter train runs directly behind the hotel and blows its horn every 5–10 minutes, day and night, because there is a stop right outside. The noise never stopped, this was miserable.
There were multiple stains on the carpets, bedding, and mattresses. And worst of all, my children woke up to ants crawling on them. This stay felt unsafe, unclean, and completely misrepresented.
We would never stay here again!
